Payments, Chime, and Boltpay – What You Need to Know

Bolt Pay

Last Update 4 bulan yang lalu

Boltpay is a payment processing platform used by online game service provider stores to accept payments and send payouts for games.

Before You Try to Pay

If you are trying to deposit or withdraw funds, you must first:
👉 Ask your store if they accept payments through BoltPay
If the store does not use Boltpay, your payment cannot be processed by us, even if the game is from our partner platform.

Using Chime With Boltpay

If your store does accept Boltpay, here’s how Chime works:
  • You do not create a Boltpay account
  • You do not load money into Boltpay
  • You do not send money to another person

You simply:
  • Go to your store’s payment or deposit page
  • Select Chime debit card or bank transfer (if offered)
  • Complete payment on the store’s payment portal
  • Boltpay processes the transaction in the background for the store.

No BoltPay Card or Wallet

BoltPay does not provide:
  • A Bolt card
  • A customer's wallet
  • A balance you can load

If someone tells you to “add money to Boltpay” or use a “Bolt card,” that information is incorrect.

Winnings, Deductions, and Disputes

Boltpay:

  • Does not hold player balances
  • Does not remove winnings
  • Does not control game rules or payouts
  • Any changes to your balance are handled only by the store.

📌 For missing funds, winnings, or proof (screenshots or chats), contact the store’s support team.

Not all stores that host partner games use Boltpay for payments.

Please ask your store if they accept BoltPay before trying to deposit or withdraw funds. If they do, you can pay using the options shown on the store’s checkout page.
